Brandon Manor is owned and operated by Mary Yepes and her grandson, Edward Spencer, both of whom are deeply committed to providing compassionate senior care and meaningful community service.
With a strong background in healthcare and caregiving, Mary has dedicated over 45 years to supporting seniors and their families. Her lifelong commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments for older adults became the foundation for Brandon Manor. Inspired by her example, Edward also pursued caregiving and is now an experienced, certified caregiver who actively participates in daily care and operations at the home.
Together, they share a belief that every resident deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and individualized attention. This guiding principle is reflected in the way care is delivered each day, ensuring residents are supported in a respectful, attentive, and familiar environment.
